计量采集的误差分析与补偿策略研究

  • 摘要: 电力营销中计量采集若存在误差会影响用电成本核算与节能降耗工作。须聚焦计量采集误差问题,从设备、环境、人为因素剖析误差类型与成因,进行量化分析,针对核心问题提出治理方案,通过构建模型、分析路径、仿真场景进行量化分析,针对电磁干扰与通信丢包2大核心问题提出“屏蔽 + 滤波”“信号增强 + 数据补传”治理方案。实践验证该方案可显著降低计量采集误差,提升数据准确性与可靠性,为用电成本核算与节能降耗提供有力支撑,具有重要现实意义。

     

    Abstract: There are errors in measurement and data acquisition in electricity marketing, which impact electricity cost accounting and energy conservation efforts. This study focuses on the issue of metering acquisition errors in power marketing, analyzing error types and causes from the perspectives of equipment, environment, and human factors. A quantitative analysis is conducted, governance solutions are proposed for the core problems, and they are quantitatively analyzed through model building, path analysis, and scenario simulation. Finally, for the two core problems of electromagnetic interference and communication packet loss, the governance solutions of "shielding plus filtering" and "signal enhancement plus data supplementation" are explored. Practical application demonstrates that this scheme significantly reduces measurement collection errors, improves data accuracy and reliability, and provides strong support for electricity cost accounting and energy conservation, which has important practical significance.
