Abstract:
In view of the problems existing in the regional autonomous management of voltage in the substation area with distributed photovoltaic, such as the lack of equipment compatibility and communication stability, the difficulty in balancing the control strategy and equipment action constraints, and the poor connection between manual intervention and automatic control, three adaptive management modes are proposed: the core control mode based on the new voltage monitor, the extended control mode cooperating with the concentrator, and the comprehensive management mode of multi device access. The effectiveness of the mode is demonstrated by the application effect of typical scenarios (such as low voltage caused by high-power load, photovoltaic overvoltage and coexistence of high and low voltage caused by grid problems). For example, in the photovoltaic overvoltage scenario, the voltage is reduced from 260 V to 245 V by reactive power regulation, which significantly improves the voltage qualification rate and system adaptability.
