含分布式光伏的台区电压区域自治适应性研究

Research on Regional Autonomy Adaptability of Substation Voltage with Distributed Photovoltaic

  • 摘要: 针对含分布式光伏的台区电压区域自治管理中存在设备兼容性与通信稳定性不足、调控策略与设备动作约束难以平衡、人工干预与自动化控制衔接不畅等问题,提出了3种适应性管理模式:基于新型电压监测仪的核心控制模式、与集中器协同的扩展控制模式及多设备接入的综合治理模式。通过典型场景(如大功率负荷导致低电压、光伏过电压及网架问题导致高低电压并存)的应用效果论证了模式的有效性,例如在光伏过电压场景中通过无功调节将电压从260 V降至245 V,显著提升了电压合格率与系统适应性。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the regional autonomous management of voltage in the substation area with distributed photovoltaic, such as the lack of equipment compatibility and communication stability, the difficulty in balancing the control strategy and equipment action constraints, and the poor connection between manual intervention and automatic control, three adaptive management modes are proposed: the core control mode based on the new voltage monitor, the extended control mode cooperating with the concentrator, and the comprehensive management mode of multi device access. The effectiveness of the mode is demonstrated by the application effect of typical scenarios (such as low voltage caused by high-power load, photovoltaic overvoltage and coexistence of high and low voltage caused by grid problems). For example, in the photovoltaic overvoltage scenario, the voltage is reduced from 260 V to 245 V by reactive power regulation, which significantly improves the voltage qualification rate and system adaptability.
