Research on Optimization of Installation Technology for 10 kV Overhead Lines and Cable Laying

  • 摘要: 文章针对10 kV架空线路与电缆敷设工艺中的关键技术难题,提出并实施了新型复合材料杆塔、模块化基础施工、气动敷缆技术及智能牵引力监控系统等优化方案。复合材料杆塔替代传统钢管杆塔,提高了抗风性和结构稳定性;模块化基础施工缩短了施工时间,提升了施工效率;水平定向钻(HDD)技术避免了传统开挖带来的环境破坏;气动敷缆技术与牵引力监控系统确保了电缆敷设过程的平稳性和高效性。优化后工期缩短了34%,成本降低了30%,施工质量与电缆系统的长期稳定性均得到提升。

     

    Abstract: This article addresses key technical challenges in the installation processes of 10kV overhead lines and cable laying, proposing and implementing optimization solutions such as new composite material poles, modular foundation construction, pneumatic cable laying technology, and an intelligent traction force monitoring system. The composite material poles replace traditional steel poles, enhancing wind resistance and structural stability. Modular foundation construction shortens construction time and improves efficiency. Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) technology avoids environmental damage caused by traditional excavation methods. Pneumatic cable laying technology, combined with the traction force monitoring system, ensures a smooth and efficient cable installation process. After optimization, the construction period was reduced by 34%, costs were lowered by 30%, and both construction quality and the long-term stability of the cable system were improved.
