电力应急通信系统关键技术集成研究

The Integration of Key Technologies for Electric Power Emergency Communication Systems

  • 摘要: 近年来,台风、暴雨、强对流等极端天气频发,对电力通信系统造成严重影响。此外,电网负荷屡创新高也给配套通信系统的支撑保障工作带来空前考验。文章总结了台风“杜苏芮”应急响应的工作经验,在梳理现有应急通信技术的基础上,将多种机动应急通信设备充分融合,构建应急通信系统,有效助力各类灾情下资源的合理调配。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, extreme weather such as typhoons, rainstorms, and severe convections has occurred frequently, which has a great impact on the electric power communication system. In addition, the power grid load has repeatedly reached new highs, which also brings unprecedented challenges to the supporting and guarantee work of the supporting communication system. This paper presents the work experience of the emergency plan for Typhoon "Doksuri". On the basis of sorting out the existing emergency communication technologies, it fully integrates a variety of mobile emergency communication equipment into an emergency communication system, effectively assisting in the rational deployment under various disaster situations.
