Abstract:
To address the problems of low wiring efficiency, poor connection stability, and inconvenient load access in the wiring of existing on-site verification instruments for single-phase electricity meters, this paper designs a new wiring device and a corresponding test method. The device is based on an integrally formed insulating resin body as the structural framework and integrates adjustable spring probes, multifunctional plugs, and adaptive limit structures. It enables fast connection between the electricity meter and the verification instrument, stable contact, and flexible load expansion. Test results show that the wiring time of this device is reduced by more than 60% compared with conventional devices, the connection failure rate remains zero under tensile forces of 10 N and 20 N, and the device can be adapted to various types of single-phase smart electricity meters. The proposed design significantly improves the efficiency and safety of on-site verification.
