Abstract:
This study takes Yangxin County of Binzhou City as a case to systematically analyze the practical pathways of the new energy industry in driving rural revitalization. Through dual case studies of the "agrivoltaic complementation" model at the Laodian Photovoltaic Power Station and the digital upgrade of the beef cattle industry in Heliu Town, the research reveals the coupling mechanism of technological integration, policy coordination, and benefit-sharing. The study further develops a dynamic coupling model of "new energy + characteristic industries" and proposes upgrade schemes for "agrivoltaic complementation 2.0" and digital ranching, providing replicable technical solutions and institutional innovation frameworks for rural industrial transformation in central and western China.
