新政下农村分布式光伏开发运营关键技术研究

  • 摘要: 针对农村能源结构转型需求及传统供电模式短板,结合136号文政策背景,文章旨在探索农村分布式光伏的发展路径、关键技术及盈利模式,助力农村能源低碳可持续发展。研究通过分析农村分布式光伏的资源与负荷特性,结合136号文政策影响,深入研究并网逆变器、电能质量治理、微电网控制等关键技术,提出高效组件研发、智能运维等创新方向,并探讨虚拟电厂框架下的资源整合与盈利模式。结果表明,农村分布式光伏具有地域分散、负荷季节性波动等特点,136号文的补贴与标准规范显著提升项目可行性;研究攻克了适配农村电网的并网技术难题,构建了 “光伏 + 农业” 等融合模式,验证了虚拟电厂通过电力市场交易和增值服务实现盈利的潜力。研究认为,农村分布式光伏是能源转型重要抓手,政策支持与技术创新是发展关键,其创新点在于提出适配农村环境的技术优化路径,构建 “政策-技术-模式” 协同体系,通过虚拟电厂实现分散资源规模化利用与多元化盈利,为农村能源革命提供实践参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of the needs of rural energy structure transformation and the shortcomings of traditional power supply models, combined with the policy background of Circular 136, this paper aims to explore the development path, key technologies and profit models of rural distributed photovoltaics to help the low-carbon and sustainable development of rural energy.By analyzing the resource and load characteristics of rural distributed photovoltaics, combined with the policy impact of Circular 136, this study conducts in-depth research on key technologies such as grid-connected inverters, power quality governance, and microgrid control, proposes innovative directions such as high-efficiency module research and development, intelligent operation and maintenance, and discusses resource integration and profit models under the framework of virtual power plants.The results show that rural distributed photovoltaics have the characteristics of regional dispersion and seasonal load fluctuations, and the subsidies and standards of Circular 136 significantly improve the feasibility of the project. The research overcomes the technical problems of grid connection to adapt to rural power grids, constructs integration models such as "photovoltaic agriculture", and verifies the potential of virtual power plants to achieve profitability through electricity market transactions and value-added services.The research believes that rural distributed photovoltaic is an important starting point for energy transition, policy support and technological innovation are the key to development, and its innovation point is to propose a technical optimization path to adapt to the rural environment, build a "policy-technology-model" collaborative system, and realize the large-scale utilization and diversified profitability of decentralized resources through virtual power plants, providing practical reference for the rural energy revolution.
