东北寒冷地区电采暖技术应用现状与经济性创新分析

Application Status and Innovative Economic Analysis of Electric Heating Technologies in Northeastern Cold Regions

  • 摘要: 针对东北高寒地区冬季清洁供暖需求,文章结合吉林省电采暖示范项目实证数据,对蓄热式电锅炉、空气源热泵耦合系统、石墨烯电地热等主流技术开展经济性分析。研究表明:蓄热式电锅炉在分时电价政策下运行成本最低(0.18元/kW·h),且通过相变材料创新使热效率达96%;太阳能-电能互联系统在农村地区可降低采暖费用至1382元/户·年,节能率超40%;柔性负荷聚合参与辅助服务市场可进一步降低用电成本23%。创新性提出“三方协作”市场化机制,为东北地区清洁供暖推广提供技术路径和政策建议。

     

    Abstract: In response to the demand for clean heating in the cold and high-altitude areas of Northeast China during winter, this article, based on the empirical data of the electric heating demonstration project in Jilin Province, conducts an economic and technical analysis of mainstream technologies such as heat storage electric boilers, air source heat pump coupling systems, and graphene electric geothermal heating. Research shows that the heat storage electric boiler has the lowest operating cost (0.18 yuan /kW·h) under the time-of-use electricity price policy, and the thermal efficiency reaches 96% through the innovation of phase change materials. The solar-electricity interconnection system in rural areas can reduce heating costs to 1,382 yuan per household per year, with an energy-saving rate of over 40%. Flexible load aggregation participating in the ancillary service market can further reduce electricity costs by 23%. Innovatively proposed the "tripartite collaboration" market-oriented mechanism, providing technical paths and policy suggestions for the promotion of clean heating in Northeast China.
