西宁地区清洁采暖改造对配电网负荷特性的影响及电网适应性研究

Research on the Impact of Clean Heating Renovation in Xining Area on the Load Characteristics of Distribution Networks and Grid Adaptability

  • 摘要: 研究聚焦西宁地区清洁采暖改造,深度剖析其对配电网负荷特性的影响及电网适应性问题。通过对2023—2025年多源负荷监测数据的挖掘,运用大数据分析手段,明确清洁采暖设备实际使用率在不同统计口径下的显著差异,揭示户均负荷增长受季节更替与自然增长因素的交叉影响,呈现冬季同比微弱正增长、夏冬对比负增长态势。结合典型用户用电行为特征与负荷波动规律,提出适配西宁地区的电网规划优化建议,为清洁采暖在高原城市的广泛推广与配电网安全稳定运行提供数据支撑与决策依据。

     

    Abstract: This study focuses on the clean heating renovation in the Xining area, conducting an in-depth analysis of its impact on distribution network load characteristics and grid adaptability. By mining multi-source load monitoring data from 2023 to 2025 and using big data analysis techniques, it identifies significant differences in the actual utilization rate of clean heating equipment under different statistical criteria, reveals the complex interplay between seasonal variations and natural load growth factors on household average load changes, and demonstrates a slightly positive year-on-year growth in winter but a negative growth in summer-winter comparisons. Furthermore, combined with the electricity consumption behavior characteristics and load fluctuation rules of typical users, it puts forward optimized suggestions for power grid planning adapted to Xining area, providing solid data support and decision-making basis for the extensive promotion of clean heating in plateau cities and the safe and stable operation of distribution networks.
