考虑短时超发情况下分布式光伏并网分界开关定值的优化整定

Optimized Setting of Boundary Switch Protection Values for Distributed Photovoltaic Integration under Short-Term Overgeneration Conditions

  • 摘要: 针对某配电网分布式光伏并网分界开关无故障频繁跳闸问题,分析了影响分布式光伏短时超发的因素,结合实际深入分析了该分布式光伏并网分界开关跳闸原因,指出光伏短时超发及分界开关定值与实际不匹配是造成该分布式光伏并网分界开关频繁跳闸的实际原因,提出了在考虑光伏短时超发情况下分布式光伏分界开关定值的优化整定方案,即将原来定值是光伏基准容量的1.1倍提高至不低于1.2倍。通过定值优化及实际运行,结果表明运行效果良好。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of frequent tripping of the distributed photovoltaic (PV) grid-connected boundary switch in a distribution network under non-fault conditions, the factors affecting short-term PV over-generation were analyzed. Combined with the actual operating conditions, the tripping cause of the distributed PV grid-connected boundary switch was examined in depth. It is identified that short-term PV over-generation and the mismatch between the switch setting value and the actual operating conditions are the essential reasons for the frequent tripping. An optimized setting scheme for the distributed PV boundary switch considering short-term over-generation is proposed, in which the original setting value of 1.1 times the PV rated capacity is increased to no less than 1.2 times. Based on the optimized setting and field operation, the results show satisfactory performance.
