Abstract: Cable intermediate joints are essential components for connecting power cables and ensuring long-distance power transmission. To reduce the probability of equipment failure and extend operational lifespan, a mobile and rapidly detachable intelligent dust-free workroom is developed. The system adopts an environmental control structure integrated with sensor modules for dust concentration, temperature, humidity, and water-level monitoring, enabling real-time supervision, data analysis, and automatic regulation of the working environment. Field application results demonstrate that the proposed workroom effectively reduces safety risks and improves construction efficiency, providing significant economic, social, and safety benefits.
