Abstract:
To thoroughly implement the rural revitalization strategy, power supply enterprises regard comprehensive rural electrification as a key initiative. This initiative aims to address four major challenges, “difficulty in perception, difficulty in forecasting, difficulty in regulation, and difficulty in consumption”, encountered in the grid-connected operation of distributed photovoltaic (PV) power generation in rural areas of Jinzhai County. Driven by digital technologies such as 5G, digital twins, artificial intelligence (AI), and edge computing, along with innovations in data application, the approach focuses on five main lines: digital transformation, circulation, integration, service, and demonstration. These efforts support efficient hierarchical and classified consumption of distributed PV and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the distribution network.
