“沙戈荒”新能源大基地储能的选型与优化研究

Research on the Selection and Optimization of Energy Storage for New Energy Bases in Desert-Gobi-Barren Regions

  • 摘要: 文章以增强电网的调节能力,促进新能源消纳为原则,从储能电站的总体布置方式、储能方式选择、储能系统构架、储能电池及电池管理系统选型、PCS系统选型、能量管理系统功能设定等多角度综合考虑储能技术的选型与优化,并探讨了构网型储能建设,本研究可以为新能源电力储能的建设发展提供有益的参考和借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The third Ultra-high Voltage Direct Current Transmission Corridor (Xinjiang Power Outbound Project), a key component of China's 14th Five-Year Plan, is supported by a 6.1 GW renewable energy project in the northern foothills of the Tianshan Mountains, including a 1.2 GW/4.8 GWh energy storage system. This study explores the selection and optimization of energy storage technologies with the objectives of enhancing grid regulation capacity and promoting renewable energy integration. Considerations include overall station layout, storage technology selection, system architecture, battery and battery management systems, PCS selection, and energy management system functions. The study also discusses grid-forming storage deployment. The findings provide valuable insights and references for the development of large-scale energy storage in renewable energy bases.
