架空输电线路钢管杆质量影响因素分析

Analysis of Factors Influencing the Weight of Steel Pipe Poles in Overhead Transmission Lines

  • 摘要: 钢管杆因占地面积小、结构简单、可沿路边的绿化带、人行道布置等优点,在架空输电线路迁改设计中使用越来越多。使用输电线路结构设计系统杆塔设计模块,以110 kV架空输电线路钢管杆为例,通过计算、对比并分析呼高、转角度、安全系数、档距等因素对输电线路钢管杆质量的影响情况。结果表明杆身质量的影响程度由大到小依次为安全系数、转角度、呼高、高压档距。研究成果可以给输电线路设计人员提供参考和决策依据。

     

    Abstract: Steel pipe poles are increasingly utilized in the relocation and modification design of overhead transmission lines due to their advantages, such as small footprint, simple structure, and the ability to be deployed along green belts or sidewalks of roads. Using the pole and tower design module of a transmission line structural design system, this paper takes 110 kV overhead transmission line steel pipe poles as an example to calculate, compare, and analyze the influence of factors such as nominal height, deflection angle, safety factor, and span on the pole weight. The results indicate that the degree of influence of these factors on pole weight, in descending order, is: safety factor, deflection angle, nominal height, and high-voltage span. The research findings can provide a reference and decision-making basis for transmission line design personnel.
