基于相量合成的变压器六角图智能检测方法及标准化应用研究

Research on Intelligent Detection Method and Standardized Application of Transformer Hexagon Diagram Based on Phasor Synthesis

  • 摘要: 为解决传统人工测量变压器六角图时存在的计算效率低、误差大、结果不直观等问题,文章提出一种基于相量合成的变压器六角图智能检测方法。该方法通过采集变压器三侧电气量,利用相位补偿算法消除绕组接线组别导致的角度偏差,采用双分支供电相量合成技术处理复杂接线形式下的电流数据,并基于负荷比率特性实现差流的智能判别。实际应用表明,该方法可显著提升六角图测量的精度和效率,规范现场作业流程,为变压器差动保护回路的正确性校验提供了科学可靠的技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: To overcome the limitations of traditional manual measurements of transformer hexagon diagrams, such as low efficiency, high error rates, and poor result interpretability, this paper proposes an intelligent detection method based on phasor synthesis. The method acquires electrical quantities from all three sides of the transformer, applies a phase compensation algorithm to eliminate angular deviations caused by winding configurations, and utilizes a dual-branch power supply phasor synthesis technique to process current data under complex wiring scenarios. Additionally, it employs load ratio characteristics to enable intelligent identification of differential current. A dynamic visualization of the phasor synthesis process and electronic data management are also implemented through programming. Practical applications demonstrate that the proposed method significantly enhances the accuracy and efficiency of hexagon diagram measurements, standardizes field operation procedures, and offers a reliable technical foundation for verifying the correctness of transformer differential protection circuits.
