Abstract:
This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation and challenges of transmission line operation and inspection work under the background of energy transition and frequent extreme meteorological disasters. It puts forward a novel operation and maintenance model of "stereoscopic inspection + centralized monitoring" to break through the current dilemma. By constructing an integrated "satellite-aerial-line-human" four-dimensional inspection system. Using technologies such as satellite remote sensing, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and robots, it is possible to achieve all-around monitoring of transmission lines. The construction of the centralized monitoring system is strengthened, the deployment of visual devices is scaled up, and the intelligent operation and maintenance system is integrated to enhance the operation and maintenance control capabilities. The level of intelligent maintenance operations is also improved through technological advancements.
