Abstract:
A multi-sensor fusion measurement and calculation device is proposed to address the time-consuming and labor-intensive process of measuring substation busbar bridge structures. By adopting a multi-sensor fusion approach and applying the principles of busbar bridge measurement and calculation, the dimensions of each segment can be accurately determined through precise measurements of spatial distances and angles. The introduction of laser ranging and angle measurement sensors significantly enhances the accuracy of spatial distance measurements. The developed device enables efficient and accurate measurement of substation busbar bridge dimensions, improves manufacturing efficiency, and ensures the safe and reliable commissioning of substation projects.
