Abstract:
This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the charging behavior of customers at charging stations in the Yizhuang area, with the goal of optimizing the layout of charging facilities, improving the operational efficiency of charging stations, and meeting the rapidly growing demand for electric vehicle (EV) charging. By collecting and analyzing data on customers’ charging time, location preferences, and individual charging habits, this study identifies the key characteristics and influencing factors of their charging behavior. The results indicate that customer charging behavior is jointly influenced by multiple factors, such as daily travel patterns, vehicle driving range, and the accessibility and service quality of charging facilities. This study not only provides charging station operators with valuable insights into customer needs but also offers a scientific foundation for the planning and management of future charging infrastructure, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of the EV industry.
