基于混合现实技术的中压微网发电示教系统研究

Research on Medium-Voltage Microgrid Power Generation Teaching System Based on Mixed Reality Technology

  • 摘要: 为了解决中压微网发电作业存在的培训成本高、训练受时间空间限制、培训过程中故障特征难以复现、突发应急作业过程中容易出现操作失误影响抢修进度等问题,研究设计了一种基于混合现实技术的中压微网发电示教系统。该系统基于全息头显HoloLens2设备,通过建立中压发电车虚拟模型,使用Unity3D平台搭建混合现实开发环境,研究设计了微网发电设备识别及原理示教、基于YOLOX-Tiny算法的发电车开关状态检测、微网发电作业虚拟训练、现场发电作业操作引导、知识图谱及专家远程协助等功能。以国网烟台供电公司带电作业中心为背景,对系统进行了综合应用测试,应用结果表明:该系统有效解决了现有中压微网发电存在的问题,提升了作业效率及作业安全,并具有良好的人机交互性。

     

    Abstract: To address the challenges in medium-voltage (MV) microgrid power generation training, including high costs, spatiotemporal constraints, difficulty in fault characteristic reproduction, and operational errors during emergencies, this study proposes a mixed reality-based teaching system. Utilizing HoloLens2 holographic display and Unity3D platform, the system integrates the following functionalities: virtual modeling of MV power generation vehicles, equipment recognition and principal demonstration, switch state detection based on YOLOX-Tiny algorithm, virtual operation training, on-site operation guidance, knowledge graph construction, and expert remote collaboration. Field tests conducted at Yantai Power Supply Company Live-Work Center demonstrate that the system effectively resolves existing limitations, enhances operational efficiency and safety, while maintaining excellent human-machine interaction.
