变电站工程智慧工地建设的应用研究

Application Research of Smart Construction Site in Substation Engineering

  • 摘要: 智慧工地建设是提升变电站工程建设创新及管理水平的重要手段之一,有必要对其应用实践展开研究。依托泉州某220 kV变电站工程,文章首先对变电站工程的概况及智慧工地建设内容进行阐述。随后,逐一介绍智慧工地建设的智能感知硬件现场部署、现场网络搭建以及数据传输及接入3大模块。基于变电站工程智慧工地应用,对变电站场内的人员、车辆、物资、环境、位移等感知数据进行分析讨论,最后总结智慧工地应用成效。以实际案例实施,为后续变电站工程智慧工地建设及实践应用提供借鉴和参考。

     

    Abstract: The smart construction site is an important approach to enhancing innovation and management in substation engineering. Its practical application in substation projects warrants further study. Taking a 220 kV substation project in Quanzhou as a case study, this paper first introduces the project overview and key aspects of smart construction site implementation. It then outlines three core modules of the system: on-site deployment of intelligent sensing hardware, construction of the site communication network, and data transmission and access. Sensor data related to personnel, vehicles, materials, environmental conditions, and structural displacement within the substation site are analyzed and discussed. Finally, the outcomes of applying the smart construction site approach in substation engineering are summarized. The case implementation offers valuable insights for future applications of smart construction sites in substation projects.
