Design of a High-Performance Intelligent Pump Based on AI Algorithm Control

  • 摘要: 为解决传统泵能效低、缺保护、易烧机等问题,研究设计一种基于AI算法控制的高性能智能泵。采用高性能稀土永磁电机,可减少磁滞损耗、涡流损耗及铜损影响,将电机效率提升到96%;设计AI控制箱,可在专家系统和机器学习模型基础上自动调整,实现水泵运行模式的变频调控和工作状态的智能保护,其安全性好、可靠度高、实用性强,市场前景广阔。

     

    Abstract: To address issues such as low energy efficiency, lack of protection, and motor burnout in traditional pumps, this study designs a high-performance intelligent pump controlled by AI algorithms. A high-efficiency rare-earth permanent magnet motor is employed to reduce hysteresis losses, eddy current losses, and copper losses, thereby improving motor efficiency to 96%. An AI-based control box is developed, capable of automatic adjustment based on expert system and machine learning models. It enables variable-frequency control of pump operating modes and intelligent protection of operating conditions. The proposed pump demonstrates excellent safety, high reliability, and strong practicality, showing significant potential for market application.
