Abstract:
With the rapid development of smart substations, traditional manual methods for generating secondary system safety measures face challenges of low efficiency and high error rates. This paper proposes an automatic safety measure generation technology based on a digital model of secondary circuits. By establishing a unified digital model compatible with both conventional substation cable circuits and smart substation virtual circuits, and integrating intelligent drawing recognition and SCD file parsing technologies, the proposed method achieves accurate mapping of physical connections and logical relationships. A cabinet-centered visual interactive system is designed to simplify the safety measure generation process through drag-and-drop operations and real-time previews. Results demonstrate that this technology significantly improves the safety and standardization of secondary system maintenance. The study provides theoretical support and practical engineering references for the intelligent transformation of substations.
