跨越架及封网在实际工程中的应用

Application of Crossing Frames and Protective Netting in Practical Engineering

  • 摘要: 以顺义可再生220 kV送出工程为实例,在查阅大量输电线路跨越施工方面资料为基础,归纳了目前常用的不停电跨越施工方案,对比分析了跨越架及封网特点性能和适用条件,建立了跨越架封网选择的最佳方案。通过实际案例对封网的结构进行了优化,使其使用更加便利和安全。在跨越架的选择方面应用了BIM建模技术,对现有的3种跨越方法进行了分析。在实际工程中,封网跨越架会受环境气候影响,需要定期观察确保安全。封网与跨越架技术的有效应用,是保障工程顺利实施的关键,同时也为未来类似工程提供了宝贵的实践经验与参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Taking the Renewable Energy 220 kV Transmission Project in Shunyi, Bejing as an example, this paper summarizes the commonly used live-line crossing construction schemes based on extensive research into transmission line crossing construction methods. This paper compares and analyzes the characteristics, performance, and applicable conditions of crossing frames and protective netting, establishing an optimal selection approach for their deployment. The structural design of the protective netting is optimized through practical cases to enhance its convenience and safety. BIM modeling technology is applied in the selection of crossing frames, analyzing three existing crossing methods. In actual engineering, protective netting and crossing frames are influenced by environmental and climatic factors, therefore regular monitoring is necessary to ensure safety. The effective applications of protective netting and crossing frame technology are crucial for the implementation of projects, while also providing valuable practical experience and reference for future similar projects.
