开关柜内电缆终端渗水原因分析及防范措施

Cause Analysis and Preventive Measures of Water Penetration of Cable Terminal in Switchgear

  • 摘要: 地下变电站开关柜内电缆终端渗水是较为频繁发生的设备运行隐患之一,这对开关柜内设备绝缘影响甚大,必须着手加以解决。文章以北京某一地下变电站为例,分析了开关柜内电缆终端渗水的原因,包括电缆沟道积水、电缆外皮破损、开关柜内电缆终端密封不严等因素,提出了4个方面的防范措施,为解决类似问题提供借鉴参考。

     

    Abstract: The water penetration of cable terminals in the switchgear of underground substations is one of the frequent hidden dangers in equipment operation, which has a significant impact on the insulation of the equipment inside the switchgear and must be addressed. This article takes an underground substation in Beijing as an example to analyze the causes of water penetration in the switchgear, including water in the cable trench, cable sheath damage, cable terminal sealing in the switchgear and other factors. This paper puts forward four preventive measures to provide reference for solving similar problems.
