基于智能站的远方链式备自投保护改造方案研究

Research on the Transformation Scheme of Remote Chain Type Standby Power Automatic Switching Device in Smart Substations

  • 摘要: 针对部分地区主网均采用就地备自投保护装置,且部分母线出线不具备互投功能的问题,提出了一种基于智能站体系下的新型远方链式备自投保护装置;考虑了变电站链式接线下多站间的备自投保护动作逻辑设计及改造方案,可以在不改动现有网络架构的基础上实现信息流传输,同时可以进一步压缩某些特定故障后的停电时间,能够有效提高供电可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the local standby power automatic switching device is adopted in certain regional main grids, and some bus outlets do not have the function of mutual switching, a new type of remote chain type standby power automatic switching device based on smart substation system is proposed. This paper considers the action logic design and transformation scheme of the standby power automatic switching protection between multiple substations under the chain connection of substations. It can realize the transmission of information flow without changing the existing network architecture, and further compress the power outage time after some specific faults, which can effectively improve the reliability of power supply.
