大型充油电力设备防爆预警监测技术

Explosion Prevention and Early Warning Monitoring Technology for Large Oil-Immersed Power Equipment

  • 摘要: 大型充油电力设备是电力系统中的核心设备,一旦发生故障并发展为爆燃事故,将会造成巨大的经济损失和不良社会影响。文章针对现有防爆监测手段的不足,系统解析故障及爆燃发生机理,结合3种非电量状态监测技术,创新提出了2种基于三维振动、油色谱监测技术的设备状态预警策略。同时创新构建了融合主设备、辅助设备信号及远程智能巡视结果的爆燃事件化规则,为大型充油电力设备开展防爆预警监测提供了新思路。

     

    Abstract: Large oil-immersed power equipment serves as a core component of power systems. Failures that escalate into explosive combustion incidents can result in substantial economic losses and serious social repercussions. This paper addresses the limitations of existing explosion prevention monitoring methods by systematically analyzing the mechanisms behind equipment faults and explosive events. It integrates three non-electrical parameter monitoring technologies and proposes two innovative early warning strategies based on three-dimensional vibration and oil chromatographic analysis. Furthermore, it develops a novel event characterization framework for explosive incidents by incorporating signals from primary and auxiliary equipment along with results from remote intelligent inspections. The proposed approach offers new insights into explosion prevention and early warning monitoring for large oil-immersed power equipment.
