Abstract:
Electric power transmission serves as the vital artery of the national economy. To ensure the smooth and safe operation of this critical transmission pathway, high-voltage transmission towers play a pivotal role, with their grounding systems being fundamental to safety assurance. The reliability of the grounding system directly impacts the secure operation of the entire power grid, underscoring its paramount importance. Consequently, it is essential for line personnel to perform grounding tasks more efficiently and effectively. To address this need, a portable, rechargeable hydraulic bending device has been developed, offering significant advantages in terms of safety, operational performance, effectiveness of grounding conductor bending, and continuous work capability. This device reduces the grounding conductor bending time to under 10 minutes, thereby enhancing on-site operational safety and work efficiency.
