Abstract: To address low power supply reliability and high line losses in some areas of Fuqing, targeted strategies are proposed based on the research findings. The strategies focus on optimizing the investment structure, strengthening planning and management, and improving the evaluation framework. The proposed investment strategies demonstrate improvements in certain performance indicators of Fuqing's distribution network and aim to provide decision-making support for its sustainable development and enhanced investment efficiency.
