基于多技术联合诊断10 kV开关柜局放案例的分析

Analysis of Partial Discharge in 10 kV Switchgear through Multi-technique Integrated Diagnostics

  • 摘要: 文章介绍了一起110 kV变电站10 kV开关柜局放案例。经超声波、暂态地电压(TEV)、特高频及声波成像局放检测技术,初步判断#1主变10 kV开关柜B相穿柜套管附近存在沿面放电缺陷。拆解母排及穿柜套管,发现穿柜套管处母排表面存在较多脏污及一定的放电痕迹,经处理后成功消除一起开关柜局放缺陷,避免发生非计划停运事件。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a ‌partial discharge case‌ in a 10 kV switchgear at a 110 kV substation. Through comprehensive diagnostics employing ‌ultrasonic, transient earth voltage, ultra-high frequency, and acoustic imaging techniques‌, surface discharge defects were preliminarily identified near the ‌bushing wall penetrator‌ on phase B of the #1 main transformer's 10 kV switchgear. Subsequent disassembly of the busbar and bushing revealed ‌significant contamination deposits‌ and ‌observable discharge traces‌ on the busbar surface at the penetrator. The defects were successfully eliminated after treatment, thereby preventing a ‌forced outage event‌.
