架空输电线路金属腐蚀分析及防范建议

Metal Corrosion Analysis and Prevention Suggestions of Overhead Transmission Lines

  • 摘要: 架空输电线路金属腐蚀情况较为普遍,受线路通道环境、输电线路金属材质等因数影响,架空输电线路杆塔、金具、导地线、拉线等金属易受到腐蚀,长期腐蚀将导致架空输电线路金属机械性能、力学性能下降,腐蚀隐患排查治理不到位,极易发生倒杆、断线等事件,从而影响电网安全稳定运行。文章简述架空输电线路金属腐蚀的特点,介绍了导地线腐蚀情况评判方法,结合架空输电线路金属腐蚀典型案例分析,总结提出了相关风险防范建议,为架空输电线路金属腐蚀防控工作提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The metal corrosion of overhead transmission lines is more common. Due to the influence of factors such as line channel environment and metal material of transmission lines, metals such as overhead transmission line towers, fittings, ground wires, and pull wires are susceptible to corrosion. Long-term corrosion will lead to the decline of mechanical properties and mechanical properties of overhead transmission lines. The investigation and treatment of corrosion hazards are not in place, and events such as pole falling and wire breaking are prone to occur, thus affecting the safe and stable operation of the power grid. This paper briefly describes the characteristics of metal corrosion of overhead transmission lines, introduces the evaluation method of conductor and ground wire corrosion, and summarizes and puts forward relevant risk prevention suggestions based on the analysis of typical cases of metal corrosion of overhead transmission lines, so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of metal corrosion of overhead transmission lines.
