电缆弯曲半径测量仪的研究

Research on a Measuring Instrument for the Bending Radius of Power Cables

  • 摘要: 随着社会不断发展,电力电缆投运数量不断增加,由于土建空间条件的限制,电缆弯曲为不可避免的情况。由于电缆结构的限制,其在敷设及运行过程中对电缆弯曲半径有一定要求,如果弯曲半径不符合标准则可能损伤电缆主绝缘,造成电力电缆安全生产隐患。文章从传统弯曲半径测量原理、现有测量方法、当前测量装置出发,分析现有装置优缺点,并提出基于三角形外接圆半径理论,结合角度传感器及激光位移传感器等硬件,研制了弯曲半径测量仪,该装置不仅可用于主配网电缆弯曲半径测量,还可用于公路匝道、大型管线等弯曲半径测量,极大提升了弯曲半径测量的效率、安全性和便捷性。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous growth of power cable installations, cable bending has become inevitable due to the limited space conditions of civil engineering environments. Owing to structural constraints, power cables have strict requirements on bending radius during both laying and operation. If the bending radius does not meet the standard, the main insulation of the cable may be damaged, leading to potential safety accidents in power transmission. This paper reviews the traditional principles of bending radius measurement, existing measurement methods, and currently available devices, and analyzes their advantages and limitations. On this basis, a bending radius measuring instrument was developed, which is designed according to the theory of the circumcircle radius of a triangle and integrates hardware components such as angle sensors and laser displacement sensors. The proposed device can be applied not only to measuring the bending radius of primary and distribution power cables but also to scenarios such as highway interchanges and large-scale pipelines, thereby significantly improving the efficiency, safety, and convenience of bending radius measurement.
