配网带电作业断接空载线路的感应电压仿真计算

Simulation Calculation of Induced Voltage of Disconnected No-load Lines During Live Working of Distribution Networks

  • 摘要: 为研究配网带电作业检修中遇到的感应电压问题,文章通过构建典型作业场景进行理论分析与数学计算,运用EMTP电磁暂态仿真软件搭建模型进行校验,计算配网带电作业多种工况下架空导线、电缆存在的感应电压大小,并提出相应的安全措施,以确保高空作业人员与地面配合人员规避感应电压带来的安全风险。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the induced voltage problems encountered in the maintenance of live working in distribution networks, theoretical analysis and mathematical calculations are carried out by constructing typical working device scenarios. EMTP electromagnetic transient simulation software is used to build models for verification. The induced voltage magnitude of overhead wires and engineering cables under various working conditions of live working in distribution networks is calculated, and safety measures to be taken during the operation are proposed to ensure that high-altitude workers and ground cooperating personnel avoid the safety risks caused by induced voltage.
