10 kV带电作业抱杆绝缘梯的研制与应用

Development and Application of a Pole-Mounted Insulating Ladder for 10 kV Live Working

  • 摘要: 近年来,随着社会经济的高速发展和用户对供电可靠性要求的日益提高,10 kV带电作业已成为电网企业提升服务质量、减少停电时间的重要手段。早期采用的绝缘斗臂车作业存在地形适应性差、成本高等局限,后续发展为绝缘梯平台作业法,依托高绝缘强度装置实现中间电位作业。但现有绝缘梯因内置爬梯导致结构笨重、安装耗时,且缆风绳柔性固定易引发作业晃动,存在安全隐患。文章针对上述问题,通过优化绝缘梯结构设计及固定方式,提升其安装便捷性、稳定性与安全性。现场应用表明,该绝缘梯在复杂地形中的搭建效率提升60%,作业稳定性提升40%,为10 kV带电作业提供了高效、安全的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of the social economy and the increasing demand for power supply reliability from users, 10 kV live working has become an important means for power grid enterprises to optimize services and reduce power outages. In the early days, the use of insulated bucket trucks had limitations such as poor terrain adaptability and high cost. This subsequently evolved into the insulating ladder platform method, which relies on high dielectric strength devices to facilitate intermediate potential working. However, the existing insulation ladder is bulky and time-consuming due to its built-in climbing ladder, and the flexible fixation of the cable wind rope causes operational shaking, posing safety hazards. To address these issues, this paper proposes optimizing the structural design and fixation method of the insulating ladder to enhance its installation convenience, stability, and safety. Field applications demonstrate that the setup efficiency of the proposed insulating ladder in complex terrains is increased by 60%, and its operational stability is improved by 40%, providing an efficient and safe solution for 10 kV live working.
