基于模糊PID的电力系统二次调频控制策略

Feasibility Study of Fuzzy PID-Based Simulink Model for Secondary Frequency Regulation of Power Systems

  • 摘要: 在电力系统遭遇扰动后进行二次调频时,常用的控制策略包括自动发电控制(AGC)、比例-积分(PI)控制以及比例-积分-微分(PID)控制等。结合PID控制的精确调节能力和模糊控制的非线性处理优势,提出了一种融合这2种方法的模糊PID控制策略,以提升系统的响应速度和稳定性。搭建以统一发电机摆动方程、不同转速器传递函数和一次调频下垂系数为主体,在一定模糊规则基础上的simulink模型。研究模糊PID控制下系统扰动后的稳定性,通过已搭建的simulink模型验证提出的模糊PID控制策略的可行性。

     

    Abstract: Control strategies for secondary FM after power system disturbances include AGC, PI, and PID control, among others. Combining the characteristics of PID control and fuzzy control, fuzzy PID control strategy is proposed. Building a simulink model with unified generator swing equation, different tacho transfer functions and droop coefficients based on certain fuzzy rules. Study of system stability after perturbation under fuzzy PID control. Verification of the feasibility of the proposed fuzzy PID control strategy by the constructed simulink model.
