Abstract:
As power supply unit with a small total amount, weak power grid, and lacking of personnel, power supply stations in mountainous areas need to achieve digital reliability enhancement through innovative practice of the "dual ring and four pillar" model. This study constructs a driving outer loop for reliability improvement via multi-dimensional digital work order management, while establishing an incentive-driven inner loop through periodic assessment. Based on the deepening application of the "one map of the power grid", the four pillars of reliability improvement management in mountainous areas, namely construction, operation, maintenance, and emergency repair, are synchronously reinforced to promote lean management of distribution networks, consolidate the foundation of disaster prevention and resistance in mountainous distribution networks, and enhance the level of intelligent self-healing, which can effectively help promote the improvement of power supply reliability.
