架空输电线路可视化电动紧固装置的研制

Development of a Visual Electric Fastening Device for Overhead Transmission Lines

  • 摘要: 文章基于北京地区架空输电线路耐张杆塔导线引流板发热情况,首先阐述了引流板发热缺陷常用的处缺方法并对比了各方法的优劣,其次介绍了研制的新型处缺设备可视化电动紧固装置的原理以及结构组成,该装置实现了地电位带电处理引流板发热缺陷的目的,同时作业人员能够通过可视化功能实时掌握装置准确位置,远程操控装置的运转,极大提高了处缺效率,保障了作业人员人身安全与架空输电线路的安全稳定。

     

    Abstract: Based on the heating issue of conductor diversion plates on tension towers of overhead transmission lines in Beijing, this paper first describes the commonly used methods for repairing heating defects of diversion plates and compares their advantages and disadvantages. Then, it introduces the working principle and structural design of a newly developed defect-repair device, namely the visual electric fastening device, which enables live-line maintenance of diversion plate heating defects at ground potential. Additionally, operators can monitor the precise position of the device in real time through its visualization capability and remotely control its operation, significantly improving repair efficiency while ensuring operator safety and the reliable operation of overhead transmission lines.
