智能变电站电力监控系统安全隐患治理策略研究

Research on Safety Hazard Mitigation Strategies for Power Monitoring Systems in Smart Substations

  • 摘要: 文章分析了电力监控系统安全防护的基本原则及意义,梳理了智能变电站电力监控系统典型安全隐患及治理策略,包括电力监控系统主机安全、设备安全、物理环境安全、网络架构安全4个方面,构建了电力监控系统安全隐患治理策略管理体系并集成设计了对应的策略管理平台,以北京城区某110 kV智能变电站为例,验证了策略管理平台的有效性和准确性,对电力监控系统安全治理提供参考借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Firstly, this paper examines the fundamental principles and significance of cybersecurity protection for power monitoring systems. Secondly, the typical security risks and governance measures of intelligent substation power monitoring systems are summarized, including host security, equipment security, physical environment security, and network architecture security. A comprehensive hazard mitigation strategy management system is established, along with an integrated strategy management platform. Finally, taking a 110 kV intelligent substation in the urban area of Beijing as an example, the effectiveness and accuracy of the strategy management platform are verified, in order to provide reference and guidance for the security governance of power monitoring systems.
