基于北斗的配电网防灾减灾应用场景设计

Design of Distribution Network Disaster Prevention and Mitigation ApplicationScenario Based on Beidou

  • 摘要: 受到高频台风、强降水影响,配电网防灾减灾工作长期面临巨大压力。基于北斗导航定位、短报文技术,开展基于北斗的新型电力系统防灾减灾应用场景有望得到突破。文章从配电网生产实践中的灾前防范、灾中抵御、灾后抢修几个维度进行场景方案设计,以供配电网运行单位参考借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Frequent typhoons and heavy rainfall have long placed significant pressure on disaster prevention and mitigation efforts for distribution networks. By leveraging Beidou’s navigation, positioning, and short-message communication technologies, the development of new disaster prevention and mitigation scenarios for power systems is expected to achieve major breakthroughs. This paper proposes a set of application scenarios from multiple dimensions—namely, pre-disaster prevention, disaster resistance, and post-disaster restoration—based on practical field operations, providing valuable reference for distribution network operators.
