Abstract:
Frequent typhoons and heavy rainfall have long placed significant pressure on disaster prevention and mitigation efforts for distribution networks. By leveraging Beidou’s navigation, positioning, and short-message communication technologies, the development of new disaster prevention and mitigation scenarios for power systems is expected to achieve major breakthroughs. This paper proposes a set of application scenarios from multiple dimensions—namely, pre-disaster prevention, disaster resistance, and post-disaster restoration—based on practical field operations, providing valuable reference for distribution network operators.
