磁致伸缩引起的GIS局部放电异常分析及处理措施

Case Analysis and Treatment Measures of GIS Partial Discharge Signal Abnormality Caused by Magnetostriction

  • 摘要: 文章介绍了磁致伸缩引起的GIS超声波局部放电信号异常案例,对该案例的超声波、特高频信号特征以及SF6分解物测试结果进行了综合判断分析,同时对缺陷进行了精确定位,最终定性为由磁致伸缩引起的振动信号。最后针对磁致伸缩引起的振动与机械振动和悬浮放电引发超声波和特高频局放信号进行了对比区分,并总结提出了磁致伸缩引起振动的典型特征。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a case of GIS ultrasonic partial discharge (PD) signal abnormality caused by magnetostriction. The paper conducts a comprehensive analysis and assessment of the ultrasonic and ultra-high frequency PD signal characteristics and SF6 decomposition test results of the case, and at the same time locates the defects accurately. Based on this, it concludes that the cause is magnetostriction induced vibration. Finally, the paper compares and distinguishes ultrasonic and ultra high frequency PD signals caused by magnetostriction induced vibration, mechanical vibration and floating discharge, and summarizes the typical features of the magnetostriction induced vibration.
