摘要: 目前红外测温是预先发现变电一次设备发热缺陷的最为有效手段，而不同设备不同部位发热缺陷标准不同，变电运行人员往往无法快速准确地做出判断。因此变电设备红外测温发热缺陷判别工具开发与应用目的在于有效地解决现场红外测温发热缺陷判别延时性, 提高现场巡视测温效率。
