Refined Load Management in the Foundry Industry Under the New Situation

  • To comprehensively enhance the level of refined load management, focusing on the foundry industry within the metal products sector, on-site research, analysis, and practical application work are conducted. This involved segmenting down to industry categories, delving into process flows, and refining down to electrical equipment. The work is based on the representative process flows of enterprises and the implementation status of historical load management measures, as well as industry agglomeration. The adjustable capabilities of enterprises, such as peak shaving, centralized maintenance and interruptible load management, are thoroughly reviewed. Ultimately, to provide comprehensive guidance for refined load management in metal products industry enterprises, the adjustable capabilities of user equipment is digitized.
