The Scheme Discussion on Online Fault Locating System for Wind Farm Transmission Line

This paper puts forward an online fault locating scheme for wind farm transmission line based on temperature sensitive optical fiber. The system improves the efficiency of operating personnel, shortens the fault locating time of the transmission line; It is able to monitor some potential cable faults with thermal features in the early stage, improving the stability and safety of wind farm.
