Analysis of False Trip of 110 kV Experimental Variable Differential Protection

  • This paper aims at a substation with internal bridge connection, during the main transformer protection transformation, due to the busbar differential current circuit short-circuiting caused the operation transformer to trip by mistake, loss of a large number of important load accident case, analysis of the reasons for the protection of misoperation and the problems exposed during the main transformer protection transformation, provide reference for similar situations.
