Abstract
In view of the current high fall events due to the failure to wear seat belts or irregular behaviors of wearing seat belts during the top maintenance operation of 10~35 kV switch cabinet in the substation, this paper adopts TRIZ theory analysis method to design a suspension device for safety belts on switch cabinet to solve the problem of no safety belt suspension points on the top of the existing switch cabinet, effectively eliminate illegal behaviors, greatly reduce the risk of falling from height, and effectively protect the personal safety of operators.
