Selection Analysis of Wallboard Material Based on Prefabricated Steel Structure Substation

  • According to the design requirements of prefabricated substation, promote design concept innovation, leading the progress of engineering technology, highlight industrial facility positioning and optimize integration. This paper optimizes the selection of traditional wallboard (Profiled steel plate rock wool sandwich board、Autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete slab) and new assembly plug-in fiber cement module wallboard from two aspects of wallboard material applicability and wallboard assembly construction. The results show that new assembly plug-in fiber cement module wallboard is more suitable for substation enclosure material than the traditional wallboard, its superior fire performance (fire limit more than 3 h) can even be used as substation firewall, the main results can be used for engineering reference.
