Analysis and Suggestion of Faults of Hydraulic and Hydraulic Disc Spring Circuit Breakers in Substation

In view of recent breaker hydraulic and hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism in frequent failure problem, this paper selects several typical cases to analysis, respectively from the switch anomalies, hydraulic institutional defects, hydraulic disc spring institutional defect of the typical analysis in several aspects, and further to consider the circuit breaker hydraulic oil pump and hydraulic disc spring institutions on signal beam, According to the analysis results, the improvement measures of equipment management are put forward. Prevention of the failure of hydraulic and hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism of circuit breaker in the future is put forward to reduce the influence of random events and provide a certain reference for maintaining the long-term safe and stable operation of power grid.
