Abstract
In response to the frequent occurrence of landslide hazards in the foundation of overhead transmission towers in recent years, the landslide mechanism represented by surface soil landslides is analyzed. Based on a large number of engineering cases and governance experience, suggestions for preventive measures in three aspects: good interception and drainage, slope protection, and proper disposal of construction waste have been proposed. To some extent, it is necessary to avoid landslide hazards without taking precautions. Finally, in response to the common three different degrees of landslide hazards, three slope control measures were proposed: anchor wire mesh shotcrete, covering with plastic mesh and greening, slope cutting and retaining wall at the foot of the slope, anchor rod and grid beam, and concrete plate support between grid beams. Implement slope hazard management according to local conditions. Ensure the safe, reliable and stable operation of transmission line equipment.
