Study of a Universal Multifunctional Maintenance Trolley for Substation Switch Cabinets

With the rapid development of economy and society, the number of substations under the jurisdiction of State Grid Corporation is increasing year by year. The 10 kV and 35 kV handcart switch cabinet used in substations is various. Other original equipment may be different, resulting in the problem that there are many types of handcart switch cabinet maintenance trolleys configured in substations, with different specifications and sizes. Therefore, a universal multifunctional maintenance trolley for substation switch cabinets is developed, which can be applied to all types and sizes of switch cabinet, realize electric adjustment of width and height, efficient and precise alignment, shorten operation time, and improve the efficiency of switch-off operation during maintenance of switch.
