Abstract
Distributed Generation (DG) is connected to the distribution network in large numbers, which is not only conducive to energy conservation and emission reduction and optimization of energy allocation, but also helps the distribution network to quickly restore power supply in non-faulty power outage areas after permanent faults. On the premise of island division based on Niching Genetic Algorithm (NGA), this paper proposes a fault recovery and reconstruction strategy for distribution network considering the result of island division. In the fault recovery and reconstruction stage, the influence of the islanding result on the reconstruction result is fully considered. A mathematical model based on the combined minimum of the total loss of power load, network loss and switching times is constructed, and a genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Taking the PG&E 69-node power distribution system as an example, the simulation results verify the accuracy and practicability of the fault recovery and reconstruction method proposed in this paper. The research results can provide theoretical and technical support for fault recovery and reconstruction of distribution network with DG.
