Abstract
A large number of distributed PV are connected to the distribution network, causing power quality problems such as bidirectional voltage out of limit, fluctuation and flicker, which affect the safe and stable operation of the distribution network. Distributed energy storage has fast response speed, can quickly provide power support, and solve power quality problems. In this paper, the distribution network is divided into different control areas according to the distribution location of energy storage and the electrical distance between nodes. With the maximum energy storage income as the objective function and the voltage not exceeding the limit as the constraint, the energy storage and voltage regulation strategy is designed for the area where there are voltage exceeding limit nodes. Finally, the simulation is carried out in the IEEE 33 bus system to verify the effectiveness of this method in solving the voltage exceeding limit problem of distribution network.
